- RETAIL BANKING - LONDON - DIGITAL - 6 MONTHS+
The successful candidate should have strong experience developing customer propositions and appraising the impact than an initiative will have upon the customer journey
Core experience and skills needed for the role:
Proposition development and appraisal
Customer impact assessments, treatment plans and journeys
Acros! s the different stages of the project lifecycle - from Roadmap! to pre-Business Readiness.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are vital
A good knowledge of digital / e-commerce
This is an analyst position but applicants need to be self sufficient in project management
