Job Summary:

The Role

The Senior Manager/Director is responsible for leading hands-on delivery focused outsourcing engagements. These projects typically involve the proactive identification and delivery of major cost reductions and performance improvements for clients. Primarily within in-directs categories, supply chain, logistics and manufacturing. Achieving such transformation requires the highest levels of change management skill, including challenging, inspiring and leading the outsourcing team and client executives and staff. Typically key client contacts will be at! Board level (COO, CFO or CEO) and clients will be FTSE 100 or equivalent companies. Often the projects will be wide in scope and may encompass several divisions and functions within the organisation. Increasingly our projects have an international aspect. 4C project team sizes, range from 6 to 20 individuals, including a mix of levels from Analyst to Manager.

The Senior Manager/Director is also responsible for developing additional sales and business opportunities with existing and potential clients against agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities

Areas of responsibility will typically include the following:
Managing one or more major client accounts, including programme management, organising and directing the team, and ensuring results are achieved

Overall financial management of major projects and accounts, including project revenue and profitability

Stakeholder management of all relevant client executives and team mem! bers
Identifying and developing opportunities with potential client! s and achieving sales in line with agreed targets as part of a larger team

The Individual:
Successful candidates must have a sound recent history of working for other companies that provide that provide procurement/supply chain outsourced/managed services to medium/large multi-national companies. Proven track record of leading major change projects, which led to significant reductions in cost. Demonstrable expertise in establishing and maintaining Board/Executive level client relationships, having also managed very challenging client disputes. The Role : Client Relationship Representative Role

We are seeking articulate, highly motivated, detail oriented analysts to join us as a Contribution Analyst in the Data Acquisition team. Based in the London office, the successful candidate will form an integral part of the team and work directly with various global financial institutions across Europe in order to coordinate and test the installation of real-time pricing feeds, manage new feed implementations, as well as provide customer support for existing pricing contributions. Qualifications:
