Main Purpose :
To manage the on-site sales team. Maximising income through effective customer care, sales techniques and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities :
Maintaining ATG standards of Customer Care.

Working productively under reasonable levels of pressure and completing tasks within specified deadlines.

Creating, analysing and circulating reports to all authorized parties.

Executing Ticket Agent administration in line with Company procedure.

Ensuring that offers and discounts ! are correctly communicated to Ticketing Services and that your Sales Manager is made aware of all current activity.

Processing house/production seats requests, including the issuing of complimentary tickets.

Managing Box Office staff and responsibly delegating appropriate tasks and duties. Ensuring that the box office is effectively staffed at all times in liaison with the Sales Support Manager. Managing all staff issues that many arise including disciplinarians along with your Sales Manager.

Co-operating with other venues in sharing their workload during quiet periods where there exists disproportionate demands on time.

Actively participating in ATG training programmes.

Ensuring that accurate and complete patron data is collected at every opportunity in line with the Data Protection Act.

To respond to all customer enquiries effectively and efficiently, redirecting enquiries to other departments as appropriate and active! ly promoting excellent customer care at all times.

The careful! management of inventory to maximize the sale of tickets.

Understanding Access issues and anti-discrimination legislation. Using tact and sensitivity when meeting the needs of deaf and disabled patrons.

Understanding and adhering to Health & Safety regulations and carrying out duties consistent with ATG Health & Safety procedure.

Following ATG IT policy.

Adhering to Group procedures and contributing to Group initiatives and projects.

Attending HOD meetings.

Deputising for the Sales management team during periods of absence.

JOB DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE

The Photo Sales Manager will form an integral part of the JP Enterprise team. You will drive revenues generated from photographic sales working with an external third party partner and internal stakeholders . You will work across JP's portfolio of newspapers, news sites, and working closely with JP's digital product team develop the e-commerce site across all platforms including web, mobile, smartphone and tablet.

! Specifically, he/she will:
Take end-to-end ownersh! ip of photographic sales

Maximise revenues from new and existing photo sales initiatives

Analyse results to identify opportunities for revenue growth and development

Liaise with external third parties from both a commercial and implementation perspective to introduce new initiatives and products to JP to support the sale of photographs

Work with all areas of the business, and external third parties, to ensure that key deliverables are met this will include working closely with JP's editorial teams and photographers to support the introduction and roll out of best working practices to support photo sales

Utilise all points of customer contact including newspapers, news sites, newsletters, email marketing, SMS marketing, events, promotions, cross-selling and all other marketing opportunities to maximise customer response, experience in online and e-marketing would be beneficial

Co-ordinate and develop the sale of photograp! hs across JP's front counters

Identify relevant external developments to feed back into business and commercial strategy

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Experience

Track record in managing and developing revenue generating initiatives that demonstrate measurable results

Experience of assessing the market place, identifying revenue opportunities in line with commercial strategy

Previous successes in launching new products to market across a range of media including full implementation

Knowledge of promotional and marketing techniques to support response and sales, including CRM and e-marketing

Comfortable working across all media platforms, digital experience is essential
