You will be an integral part of the operations team reporting to the operations manager.
- Building a thorough understanding of the business and its products
- Managing outgoing communications to customers, partners and sales people
- Processing applications and help streamline the application process
- Resolving phone and email queries for customers and sales people
- Ensuring sales reps are confident with the product and application process
- Attending sales meetings and training sessions as required
- Managing invoicing for the sales reps
