Risk Analyst

Location: London, England

To identify, measure, assess, report and manage risks in the Bank's business operations in accordance with the Bank's risk framework and regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities Re-concile data; produce exposure report! s and capital utilisation reports;
» Automate reporting systems in accordance with requirements of regulators and internal risk control;
» Participate in development and revision of risk methodologies and risk models;
» Design and perform stress testing, scenario analysis and simulations in accordance with regulations and internal risk control requirements;
» Support technical solutions (incl. develop risk alerts in exposure systems and trading systems) when required;
» Assess to the Bank's RWA and risk capital; participate in regulatory reporting;
» Administrate and monitor risk limits; co-ordinate with Corporate Banking, Treasury, Operation, Compliance, Finance and Internal Audit in connection with exposure monitoring, limit control and audit;
» Participate in risk assessment on individual transactions when required, acting as a backup of Credit Risk Analyst and Market Risk Analyst;

Main Requirements:
» Strong academ! ic background, Mathematics Finance, or Economics preferred; » 3-5 years of experience within a risk management or rading environment and a good understanding of the concept of risk methodologies (credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk and operational risk);
» Basic knowledge on commercial banking products (eg syndicated and bilateral loans, trade finance), counterparty trading and Fixed Income products;
» Strong quantitative, programming skills;
» Working knowledge of bank regulations
» Adequate experience in bank exposure systems
» Good communication skills; confidence in providing/driving for solutions and defending risk management decisions.
