The Company OfficeTeam has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Systems and Marketing support consultant with a financial services background to! start immediately. The Company specialises in delivering complete IT and Consulting-based solutions to the Training and Competence (T&C) needs of FCA regulated firms. You will be working within a small company based in City - North. The Systems support consultant role offers £25,000 to £30,000 per annum plus Bonus. If you are available on an immediate basis, have sound experience within a similar company, ideally with previous ecommerce in finance experience, and are highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, please contact OfficeTeam Permanent division for more information. The Role OfficeTeam is looking for a Junior Systems and Marketing support consultant with a financial services background. You will be working in a small company based in City - North. The role is client facing the ideal candidate will work in a multi-tasking role that encompasses the delivery and support of our IT-based client solutions as well as providing hands on marketing support se! rvices.This will include: Client systems support - first line ! and on-going relationship management, client system installation project management and user training. Marketing Support - Market research, client database management, administration and follow up of marketing initiatives, events and contact management. Administration - Projects, general office support, development of user guides and literature, managing licensing and contract renewals, preparing presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to join a dynamic company. The right candidate will be able to work in a fast multi-tasking and relatively unstructured environment. The successful candidate will possess: Hands-on knowledge and experience of the Financial, Banking and/or Wealth Management sectors.
