To manage all resident guests' requirements from their arrival to their departure.
Main Duties:
Provide a welcoming sense of arrival to all guests.
Accurately complete the 'check in/out' proc! ess.
Manage all guests' requirements including packing/unpacking, valet, in-room dining orders and delivery, housekeeping coordination, concierge and mini bar.
Build genuine rapport with all guests to enable you to understand and anticipate their needs. Be the guest's point of contact throughout their stay.
Create and deliver bespoke services to all guests including, for example, personalized mini-bars, cocktails prepared in the room, bespoke amenities for every guest, bespoke toiletries, "insider" invitations to events.
Promote and up-sell all in-house guest services and sister properties.
Create a sense of belonging to all guests, to guarantee their excitement to return.
Health and Safety
Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb and security regulations
Ensure job required certificates are kept up to date
Flexibility
Along with your main duties you may be a! sked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasona! bly required
You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the hotel needs
Requirements:
An excellent command of written and spoken English.
Additional languages, An hospitality related qualification
Previous Front Office or Hotel experience.
Previously worked in a luxury or 'avant garde' environment.
Knowledge of London as a destination.
An interest to learn about London's arts/fashion/music scene.
IT literacy, Strong organizational skills, Creativity, Efficiency, without compromising guest attention.
Experience of using a property management system (e.g. Opera), up-selling skills.
The ability to communicate at all levels and build rapport, Ability to work proactively and independently
Confidence and originality to communicate in a non-scriptive manner.
