Location: London, England

Description: GPA Procurement is currently seeking to employ Sourcing Group Specialist - Property right now, this position will be placed in England. Are you a team player with the drive, passion and experience required to make a difference to our Global Financial Services client’s Property Sourcing! team?
As Sourcing Group Specialist reporting to the Head of Property Procurement, you will be an integral member of a compact strategic procurement team responsible for £220m Property Capital spend across refurbishments & new investments etc. You will have personal responsible for c£15-£20m Property commodity procurement spend, including responsibility for the Global Furniture category.

You will also have responsibility for:
Driving Property Procurement Services to deliver P&L and added value benefits across the Group
Support the development of sourcing group strategies for key property services
Managing individual procurement projects across key Property categories, such as Consultancies, Architects & Design Engineers
Developing & delivering robust and effective supplier and stakeholder relationship management
Developing robust and appropriate contracts ensuring compliance to Group policies.

Ideally you will have:!
Previous Property / Facilities Management procurement exp! erience
Proven track record of strategic sourcing & category management
Strong stakeholder engagement & relationship management experience
Proven track record of delivery â€" cost savings & added value
Team player
