- This company that provides on-line solutions for small and medium sized tourism companies are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team. As a customer Service Age! nt you will be providing support to customers 24 / 7 from hotels to on-line booking agencies,
- Providing general customer support 24 / 7
- Managing inbound calls and email enquiries from hotels, on-line booking agencies and direct customers
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Manage the flow of emails coming into the reservation mailbox
- Liaise with customers both over the phone and via email
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry is essential
- Previous experience in dealing with customers over the phone is essential
- Time management skills
