Role Summary
Menzies LLP is one of the UK top 20 independent accountancy firms with offices in London and the South East and is a leading adviser to owner-managed businesses across the region.
They are currently seeking an ATT trainee to join the Outsourcing Team within their Heathrow (Egham) office. Their AAT (Accounting Technician) trainees have early exposure to client work, performing an essential role in support of Accountants to meet their clients' needs.
They pay all the costs towards your professiona! l exams. This includes training courses, manuals, textbooks an! d examination fees for first sitting. During your training period, you'll have paid study leave to attend the college, in addition to your 23.5 days annual holiday.

Skills/Experience:
- To be eligible for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that candidates meet the following criteria:
- Must have 8 GCSEs including Grade A in Maths and English and 3 A Levels at least Grade B (minimum 300 UCAS points) (or equivalent).
- Experience of using SAGE is highly desirable although training can be provided.
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
- The success! ful candidate must have own transport/be able to commute to other offices and or client sites from time to time.
- All candidates will be required to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.
- To be committed and motivated to studying towards the AAT qualification.
- Is articulate, numerate and IT literate.
- Be able to deliver a first class client service, and to be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
