. You will be representing a client based in Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.

Functions:
ââ¬Â¢Part of a team delivering a first class, professional telephone inbound service to support and delight our customers
ââ¬Â¢Maintain an excellent knowledge of our products and services to understand customer needs
ââ¬Â¢Responsible for skilfully retaining customers through positive customer relationship building
ââ¬Â¢Diffuse irate customer situations by utilising strong listening skills and probing techni! ques
ââ¬Â¢Actively create trust with the customer, ! demonstrating an open and honest approach.
Requirements:
ââ¬Â¢Fluency in either Dutch OR German
ââ¬Â¢Ability to demonstrate a true passion for talking to customers with the ability to engage with customers who expect a premium level of personalised service
ââ¬Â¢Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
ââ¬Â¢Detail orientated
ââ¬Â¢Excellent PC skills and Internet navigation skills required
ââ¬Â¢Organisational and coordinating skills, the ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
ââ¬Â¢Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
ââ¬Â¢Excellent telephone manner in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar.
ââ¬Â¢Strong active listening skills.
ââ¬Â¢Able to ask targeted questions, anticipate needs, and start fresh with every customer.
ââ¬Â¢A proven team playe! r able to interact with a broad range of people.
ââ¬Â¢Flexible in working hours, in order to meet the needs of the organisation

Shifts will very however our call centre is open Mon-Sun, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
You will work a 5 day, 37.5 hour week.
Position will start 2nd December with an extensive 2 week training course.
