Responsibilities:
The Production Manager is fully responsible for:
Driving output and delivery across the depot â€" Train production, service and maintenance
Ensuring depot operating costs and efficiencies targets are achieved
Promoting 5S, Lean and Kaizen principles
Management and improvement of all aspects of production / maintenance / service
Health and Sa! fety and Quality Standards
Reviewing and developing s! taff performance and potential
Essential Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements:
HNC in an Engineering discipline
Technical Knowledge / Experience:
Proven people management of engineering / production / maintenance teams
Candidates will have maintenance management experience in Railway Depot / Railway Operations
