The Business analyst will be able to dr! aw out, understand, and translate client and business needs in to sets of clear, concise and understandable requirements to deliver against.
Key Skills -
- Experience in requirements gathering
- Create requirements documents and model the relationship between different requirements, business goals and project objectives
- Proven ability to design CRM based solutions in Microsoft Dynamics
- Work with the business and project teams while using a variety of modeling techniques such as business models, process models, data models, workflow models, entity relationship diagrams, functional decomposition diagrams
