Reporting into the randstad sourceright Client Account Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering an ‘on-site’ recruitment solution for our Multinational client. You will manager
the recruitment processes for our client and provide a high class standard of client service and recruitment advice on each recruitment transaction. You will have a team to support you in delivering against the SLA client expectations and going above the delivery model by demonstrating your ability to find outstanding talent individuals to assist our client on their mission.

our focus will be:
Effectively establish and drive key client stakeholder relationships in order to build credibili! ty and trust
Generate candidates directly using innov! ative sourcing methods (internet job advertising, search analytics, networking, referrals, client website, employee referral schemes etc...) in tandem with partnering with lead Recruiters to ensure the success of this critical area
Drive candidate pipeline by using above innovative sourcing techniques
Actively drive the recruitment supply chain to ensure optimal partnering and results to include supplier management and other RSR operating recruitment partners
Ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
Work closely with the overall team to ensure client Service level Agreements
Management of stats and MI data for client and RSR business overall
