A civil engineering giant is seeking a graduate in environmental management or similar discipline, ideally with between 1 - 2 years work experience. This is an opportunity for an environmental ! professional at the start of their career to join a company with an established graduate scheme and a portfolio of large scale projects that will help the candidate realise their potential.
The Role:
- Outstanding opportunity for a second job graduate to develop within a supportive environment on a major live construction project.
- Understand the company Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and statutory requirements as they affect the company's operations and ensure that the requirements are implemented.
- Assist in the collection/compilation of the company's EHS statistics to enable monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the EHS policies and procedures.
- BSc (2:1 or above) or MSc in an environmental related discipline
- Previous work experience in an environmental role
- Confident, enthusiastic and well presented
- Keen to learn and a desire ! to work in the construction industry
