Just IT Apprentice is introducing a new path to their apprenticeship programme â€" Social Media.
We are recruiting for someone who has experience as a Trainer/Assessor for Apprentice’s within the Social Media space.
Key Responsibilities;
- Training and assessment is based on individual client/learner needs within the context and requirements of the funding body (where applicable)
- Prior achievement of learners/clients is identified and acknowledged within initial assessment documentation
- Plan and deliver effective training and assessment ensuring ‘value for money’ delivery that meets or exceeds contract requirements
- Plan, deliver and support all components of the Apprentice! ship Framework
- Apply excellent time management skills! to ensure assessment and training schedules are delivered effectively
- Achievement rates of clients/learners exceeds sector/area of learning national or regional averages (whichever is the greater)
- Training and/or assessment delivery is deemed as ‘above average’ via internal quality assurance observations and external inspection judgments of training and/or assessment
- Arrange and deliver induction sessions for learners/clients ensuring learner feedback confirms the effectiveness of delivery
- Learner/client reviews are carried out on a regular basis and effectively demonstrate progress made and that `SMART’ learner/client targets are set
- Ensure all learners/clients complete successfully within the contracted timescales
- Provide constructive feedback to learners/clients
- The right individual will have experience working in the apprenticeship arena where by you have ke! en interests in reading government papers to keep up to date with what is happening in the market.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a training and/or assessment role
- Ability to work alone and manage own caseload/workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Appropriate occupational experience in the area of delivery
- Good administration skills
- D32/33 and or A1/2 (updated to TAQA standards)
- Appropriate teaching qualification e.g.
- Minimum Key Skills level 2 in AON & Communication or equivalent
- Driving licence
- Have current registration number certificate with professional body IFL (check certificate)
