Experis Finance are looking to recruit a Head of Credit Control for one of their NHS clients in central London.

Job responsibilities:
To directly supervise the NHS credit control sec! tion including performance review and appraisal.

To maximise cash collection and minimise levels of overdue debt

Responsible for some key accounts that are part of overall NHS ledger and to monitor remaining key accounts chased by credit controllers

To ensure monthly SLA payments are received on time.

To regularly liaise with internal staff to resolve complex queries/disputes

To play an active role in the agreement of balances exercises as per DoH, Trust Development Authority, Monitor and Trust procedures

Candidate will:
1. Hold the AAT qualification.

2. Have experience in a range of accounting areas, financial computer systems and knowledge of accounting legislation.
