A Helpdesk Anal! yst with exceptional customer facing skills is required by a large Central London based business for a 3 - 6 months fixed term contract. This is a creative environment so previous experience of both Mac and Windows support is essential.

This is an enterprise environment and as such you will be required to provide 1st/2nd line support (helpdesk & desktop support) to a large and demanding user community. To be suitable you will need to demonstrate experience with the following:

• Service desk support to end users using Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS X and Windows XP/7
• Troubleshooting desktop & laptop hardware i.e. printers, scanners
• Administration experience working with core Microsoft technologies including Active Directory
• Understanding of network technologies i.e. TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
• Troubleshooting network & internet connectivity issues
• Able to work with network hardware & cabling

To be suitable ! for this role you will need to have previous experience in an ! IT Support position such as helpdesk/service desk or desktop support role. Your technical experience must include the ability to support Mac OS X, Windows XP and 7, MS Office and an understanding of troubleshooting basic PC hardware and networking/connectivity issues.

Exposure to an ITIL environment would be highly desirable, but is by no means an essential requirement. Hours of work will be 9am - 5.15pm.

The salary for this 3-6 months fixed term contract will be £18,000 - £22,000 depending on level of experience. in addition there is a very generous benefits including bonus, 25 days holiday (incremental), pension, health insurance, gym membership,
