Salary: 50,000 ? 60,000 plus additional benefits
We are representing a ! leading Civil Engineering Man Contractor who currently has a career defining opportunity on a major project in central London. They are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to lead a large section of one of the capitals largest station upgrade projects. The works will include fit out packages and architectural finishes such as tiling, metal work, staircases, painting and terrazzo flooring across both major modernization and new build aspects. The works will be valued at approximately 25million.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Project Manager who is feeling frustrated in their current role or an exceptional Site Agent or Construction Manager who is seeking an opportunity to step up.

The role
As a Pro! ject Manager working as part of a major project team, you will be holistically responsible for the successful delivery of your section of works being accountable across programme, budget, development of the design, sub contract procurement, building a delivery team, quality and health and safety. You will be leading a delivery team across both day and night work and liaise with commercial, planning, design and assurance colleagues.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in project delivery as a number one on a project or section of work. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of fit out and architectural works ideally gained working on London Underground. It would be beneficial to your application if you were educated to degree or HND level in a relevant subject, although individuals who can demonstrate strong practical experience without a qualification will still be considered. Any vocational qual! ifications or memberships, such as MCIOB, would again be beneficial to your application.
