The Role:

A great opportunity has arisen for a Sourcing Assistant to join our team to support the Sourcing Manager to deliver against the sourcing strategy and working closely with our Buying, Design and Technical Services teams. If you're looking for your next step in Sourcing then we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
Input into sourcing strategy as required
Produces analysis backed reasoning! for sourcing strategy inputs
Day to day contact with supp! liers
Fully able to answer queries about working with Mon soon Accessorize
Liaises with offices and suppliers as appropriate, acts as first point of contact
Regular meetings with category teams to understand what is required
Facilitator between offices and UK buying teams
Plan induction for new employees from Buying and Merchandising teams
Coach and develop team members

Identify any team training needs What we look for:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with proven administrative ability
Excellent problem solver and decision maker - always focusing on solutions
Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A self motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
