Axis and Indigo restaurants both have fantastic opportunities for customer focused individuals to join their teams as Receptionists.
To be successful, you will have proven experience in restaurant operations and have good administration skills. As a Receptionist, you will ensure our customers receive a positive and professional first impression whether calling to make a booking or visiting in person.
The successfully recruited Receptionists will have excellent organisation skills and will be a crucial part of the restaurant teams. A passion for exquisite service and a good knowledge of food and beverage is essential.
The ultimate goal for our teams is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit so much that by the time they leave they are already planning to come back.
The successful Receptionists will have:
Experience of working in a fine dining/luxury! environment
Previous experience within a food and be! verage role
Experience in using Micros
Knowledge of British and modern cuisine would be an advantage
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be a good team player
Have an excellent command of English
Be extremely well groomed and presented
Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
