The loans under management are pan European Commercial real Estate Loans; they are a combination of CMBS loans, b! alance sheet, bilateral, syndicated with some complex structures. Candidates will undertake to actively manage a portfolio of loans, ensuring delivery of a high quality level of service.
Situs is building a unique loan servicing platform in Europe utilising both Frankfurt and Copenhagen offices in conjunction with London. The role requires an individual ready to proactively manage client relationships and help the Senior Management to build the platform through, capturing new business opportunities both with existing clients and new clients.
The position requires an individual with commercial loan servicing experience, to work within tight deadlines. Manage multiple transactions and to deliver a consistent high level of service to both, external and internal clients, whilst adhering to policies and procedures. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word. With a minimum of 6 years industry experience in commercial l! oan servicing.
