The successful applicant will be working for a leading health charity based in London, who provide lifesaving support and training throughout the UK. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in Events and gain experience within a prestigious not-for-profit organisation.

The role is focused on planning, overseeing and assisting in the delivery of first aid provision to London Regions events by contributing to the development of operational plans, resourcing and deployment and event logistics.

The key responsibilities of an Event! Planning Officer will include:

• Event planni! ng
• Event Delivery
• Promoting Client Relations
• Post Event Management

The ideal candidate will be a confident, degree educated events professional who will contribute to the success of the organisation through delivering high calibre events.

To be successful as an Events Planning Officer you must:

• Strong experience in event planning
• Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Experience of negotiating with clients
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Experience of working on multiple projects and prioritising workloads
• Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills
• Experience of working across organisational boundaries and developing multi-disciplinary professional partnerships.

This role is initially paying £20,000 - £24,000
