The role will involve developing existing and new clients, in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. The role will involve attracting candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals from relationships.
The role will involve screening candidates, interviewing them, doing background checks, this will then lead to the objective of the role;match! ing candidates and clients and generating revenue.
