A well known payments business with a strong ecommerce base and a reputation for excellence in staff development is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager with a specialism in marketing planning to lead the improvement o! f the company's core product.
Sitting outside of the central marketing services team this individual will lead marketing for Consumer Lending products. You will work with the Head of Product to define marketing strategy for this portfolio. Specifically you will plan the marketing strategy and have responsibility for defining both the media mix and message. Using the full marketing mix you will create a strategy to position both the product and the business as market leading, drive customer acquisition and improve profitability.
A graduate or with equivalent qualification you will have considerable experience of working to define marketing strategy within an ecommerce setting. You will understand how to drive brand positioning as well as moving the necessary levers to effect increased acquisition of customers. The ability to self start is essential as is an ability to combine high level strategy with hands on implementation.
