Our client provides an excellent working environment in West London and requires a Sales Ledger Accountant to join their fast paced team. The role is for a fixed term period until the end of March 2014 and requires an asap start date.
Job Description:
Responsibility for maintaining and updating the sales ledger on a day to day basis.
Raising sales invoices weekly and sending to clients.
Allocating receipts to accounts.
Ensuring outstanding invoices are paid to terms.
Resolving any issues on the ledger.
Tracking and reporting against deb! tor KPIs.
Assisting with month end reconciliations.
Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in sales ledger / credit control.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Good knowledge of debits and credits.
Good IT skills.
