Leadership Change Lead - Financial Services - 3 months initially with potential for 12 months - £500-£600 per day. - London
Description
This role will lead the Line management a! nd Senior Leadership population through a capability change delivery initiative, as part of the people culture change programme aligned to the Finance function. This is a great opporunity for a proven individual within the Leadership and Culture Change arena to work with a leading global financial services firm and their senior management on initiatives that the whole business is fully supportive of.
Responsibilties
Work with key stakeholders through-out the business to deliver of a suite of initiatives targeting the capability and behaviours of the Line Management/ Leadership population of Finance.
Project delivery - lead the initiation, approval, design, execution and realisation
Develop and deliver the packets of work required for delivering the line manager culture change, aligned to the programme scope
Engage with the key functional areas of the business to leverage Group practice
Engage with the other workstreams as appropriate to ensure the ou! tputs are aligned and dependencies managed
Maximise the op! portunities to utilise existing talent pools to support delivery Functional Knowledge
Experience of working on a People Culture transformation
Project Delivery Skills
Experienced Change manager who has successfully led projects
Experienced people change SME, who has been involved in people culture transformation activities
