International Real Estate Investor and Developer are looking for a very experienced Property / Estates Manager to look after one of their flagship sites. The role involves managing the commercial, financial and asset management aspects of the site; providing superior service to prospective, new and established tenants on site and taking personal responsibility for the relationship with nominated tenants. You will support the marketing and leasing of properties;! qualify prospective tenants, and negotiate new leases and lea! se renewals and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs. You’ll also negotiate early terminations of leases; provide lease analysis for client’s review and approval; reviews and reconcile ground lease rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges as well as overseeing the collection of rent, payment of expenses, compliance with lease terms and preparation of all required legal notices.
Candidates ideally need to be MRICS or MBIFM and have at least four years experience in a related role. It’s a great opportunity to join a very successful international company in a responsible and autonomous role.
