Responsibilities:
be an ambassador for the brand and the values it represents
maximise sales by providing excellent levels of customer service
promote the products and support you team
act with integrity and be accountable for your work
be agile, proactive and reactive in this fast paced culture
earn and treat everybody with respect
ensure merchandising and promotional material are consistently displayed to the highest standards
ensure standards are maintained at all times
learn and develop yourself so you are truly able to advise the customers effectively
have fun, enjoy your work in a professional ! manner and pay that attitude forward on to the customers
Experience:
experience working in a customer service environment
passionate about retail as well as health and well being
excellent communication skills
a desire to succeed and help the team
