Senior Practitioner | Referral & Assessment | Hackney
We require an experienced Senior Practi! tioner to work within a Referral & Assessment team based within Hackney. To be successful for this role, you are required to have a minimum of 4 years recent Senior Practitioner experience of working within a Referral & Assessment team.
The successful Senior Practitioner will have experience of:
- Initial assessments
- Core assessments
- Section 47's
- Managing a varied caseload
- Assist the Team Manager in the operational management of the team
- Ensuring that all County looked After, Child Protection and Children In Need policies are adhered to and concerns are raised in accordance with these policies.
- A relevant Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work/DipSW or equivalent)
- Be HCPC Registered
- Be eligible to work within the UK
- Be a car driver
