Further informations about this career opportunity kindly see the descriptions. This multi award winning, 5 Star Deluxe Hotel is seeking a very talented Pastry Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. ! There is a fine dining restaurant for up to 80 covers, banqueting & events facilities for up to 300 covers and a bar/tea room for up to 200 covers. As you would imagine, only the finest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of patisserie from viennoiserie to petit fours. You must have proven experience as a senior pastry chef within 5 Star Hotels to be considered for this role.
As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the executive pastry chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. You would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing as well as be in charge of the pastry kitchen in the absence of the executive pastry chef. An excellent salary of up to £32,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Sous Chef.
