Position: CRM Production Executive
Location: Central London / Waterloo
Salary: £22k per annum

As a CRM Executive / Email Marketing Assistant you will report to the Head of CRM, and will work closely with the Promotions team and wider Marketin! g teams across Europe. This role is responsible for managing a! ll email programme-specific content and production. In addition you will manage, develop and fulfil the production of a range of online advertising products. You will also test links, QA all sends and help QA new CRM functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Liaise with the Promotions teams daily to produce and publish daily content across all email programmes.
b) Circulate email proofs prior to mailing deadlines to ensure the accuracy of all content, taking responsibility for making amendments where necessary.
c) Liaise with Promotions, Marketing & CRM teams on new email programme developments.
d) Manage the production, testing and deployment of all CRM emails.
e) Set up link and email analytics tracking codes.
f) Manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks to meet daily publishing deadlines.
g) Compile and communicate email send and performance reports for the Head of CRM as and when required.
h) Develop ideas that aim to contin! ually improve the efficiency of the production of all email programmes.
i) Produce and implement all online advertising products as required.
j) Manage email programme development projects as required.
k) Co-ordinate with local markets on CRM programmes, tools and reporting where required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Basic understanding/experience of html is essential and Photoshop (desirable).
b) Understanding of image compression, optimisation and colour correction for web.
c) Experience with CMS and associated systems and technologies. Experience working within a fast-paced ecommerce team.
d) Highly organised and exceptional time management skills.
e) Ability to independently manage workflow and prioritise tasks in order to meet competing and changing deadlines, with a sound awareness of the teams requirements.
f) Ability to confidently communicate with external teams to coordinate assets and resolve issues.
DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Ideally experience of ! working with CRM tools or email marketing tools such as Exact Target or e-Dialog, ideally in a CRM environment.
b) Ideally they are looking for an individual that have proven experience in a similar role, however if you are a graduate that feels they have the relevant skill set they would love to hear why you think you have got what it takes for this critical role.
