A market leading multi-national music organisation is looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader based in London.
You will be respon! sible for liaising with of the offshore team who run a high volume & highly pressurised AR environment. Your role will be supporting and assisting them with any queries they have ensuring swift and efficient debt recovery.You will also be travelling periodically to these offshore teams, identifying any problem areas and aiding them in rectifying these issues.
Duties include:
- Controlling a portfolio of 200 customers with a ledger of £25m
- Supervising the off shore team and assisting with training
- Allocations of cash payments against overdue orders
- Setting up payment plans on delinquent customers
- Reducing the debtor days
- Running credit checks on customers
- Liaising with the legal team
- Sending out monthly statements
- Resolving queries
- Account reconciliations
- Raising invoices
