The organistaion are looking for a Project Officer/Coordinator/PA to support and a! ssist with the learning and Solutions Projects.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Supports delivery of the Development plan through leading, supporting and coordinating key projects
- Assists in the procurement of and/or launch and roll out of learning solutions and 'digital by default' and other communications activity with the sector
- Assists in the development of knowledge management approaches within the sector
- Undertake procurement exercises in a timely manner following procurement procedures and exemption controls-Support the promotion of effective knowledge management tools and techniques
- Successful delivery of Learning and Development Plan on time and to budget
- Acting as Executive Assistant, anticipating service needs to others within the O&SD Project Team
- Understanding the operating environment and using this insight to convert strategy and plan into actual deliverables
- Consulting with the sector through facilitating, appre! ciative enquiry and action learning sets
- Supporting communications activities including writing and editing training packs or case studies, supplier briefings,
- 3-5 years experience in delivery in an Executive Team or Project team environment
