Starting Salary: £41,784 per annum incl. London Weighting Allowance

You will commission and support development and delivery of a range of learning programmes relevant to personal development, skills development and union organising, ! to help ensure that UNISON members have the skills and confide! nce they need to participate in adult learning, union activity and community activity. That includes giving relevant professional educational support to union staff and lay members at all levels, from the UNISON Centre to regions and local branches, and working in partnership with employers and educational providers.
With knowledge of adult learning in its various forms, workplace and community, formal and informal, you’ll have the experience to enable you to develop and manage learning opportunities for key target groups. You will be well organised with the ability to work in a team and able to take lead responsibility for projects. Most important, you’ll be committed to integrating our aims, values and policies into all areas of our education provision.
