- An MBA or equivalent post graduate qualification, and a passion for a new challenge
- A demonstrable track record of delivering sig! nificant value to enhance a business
- Commercial experience, possibly in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in your native language and English, both written and spoken
- Evidence of how youâve made an impact through strategic decision-making
- The desire to develop a career in Finance within the healthcare industry
- Flexibility, adaptability and highly mobile; you must be willing to move and work in any of the countries where GSK operates.
- Eligibility to live and work in the country for which you are applying. This will be checked during the recruitment process.
A track record in healthcare, FMCG, finance or consulting, some of it overseas, and/or experience working in a large multinational corporation with large matrix organisations would be ideal, but not necessary.

How does the programme work?
- Youâll spend up to 4 years on a fast-track development programme, working your way towards a senior Finance leadership role
- By completing various global assignments across the Finance function youâll gain a breadth and depth of experience
- Working in a number of overseas locations, youâll develop a broad global business perspective, and significantly build on your commercial experience and existing knowledge
- Every step of the way weâll provide you with focused development, training and support to help you achieve your greatest potential. Youâll have exclusive access to senior leaders throughout the organisation and 1:1 coaching
