Executive Assistant - Part time

Location: London, England

What we will be looking for in you:
This position will provide full and highly confidential administrative support to the Private Equity team, ensuring reliable, efficient and high quality secretarial and administrative support on 4 days a week (Mon â€" Thurs).

This role will suit you if you enjoy a collaborative, hard working, friendly environment and you are keen to get involved and take advantage of opportunities to learn and develop. You should also enjoy working in a global team and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. The ability to prioritise your work load and work at a fast pace are key.
We are looking for a proactive, confident Executive Assista! nt who is good at building relationships with external clients including board level management teams, and is able to manage the demands of busy diaries. There will be scope to get involved in the deal process so an interest in finance and investment activity would help you make the most of the role. You will be looking for ways to free up the Executive’s time by assisting them with contact management, deal administration, portfolio administration, international travel arrangements and other ad hoc projects.

As an EA your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Degree level or equivalent education

Excellent communication skills

Good Excel and Powerpoint skills

Experience of contact management databases (CRM)

Being proactive, enthusiastic and demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop the role

Accuracy, with good attention to detail is essential

Being able to prioritise and manage a var! ied workload

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrating an ease with internal and external stakeholders

Possessing high standards of discretion, integrity and a professional manner at all times

Excellent organisational skills
