A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a US Qualified Associ! ate with 3-5 PQE to work in the London office of this great US firm. For the ideal candidate, our client offers excellent benefits and a lot of responsibility from the outset in an intellectually challenging environment.
The role will involve working on highly complex debt transactions so the successful candidate will have spent the foundation years of their career carrying out US Securities work at a top level firm, preferably having some experience with High Yield Debt matters, IPOs and other equity products. The ideal candidate will also by admitted to the New York Bar and have excellent post-graduate academics from a globally recognised education institution.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent academics (GPA 3.7 or more) as well as a postgraduate qualification.
At least 3 years’ work experience in US securities work.
High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Team player attitude.
Commercially driven and! client focused.
