The winner of Googles 2011 EMEA Premier SMS Partners are looking for an experienced Collections Advisor to join the Collections team on an ongoing, temporary basis to cover Maternity leave. This ! temporary role will offer you 28 days holiday, a tax free benefit scheme and access to the companies on site Gym and canteen.In this role you will be responsible for reminding customers of their overdue payment. Key responsibilities for the Collections Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Executive: -Taking inbound calls-Contacting customers to remind them of their overdue payment-Agreeing a suitable deadline with the customerThis role will primarily involve collecting aged debt, so you must have previous collections experience in order to be successful. Please be aware the due to the nature of this role, should you be successful you may be required to undertake relevant CRB and credit checks prior to starting.
