Based in their London office, you will b! e responsible for assisting the HR Manager with developing the Retail Team, handling all management level Employee Relations issues and Recruitment at all levels across the Midlands Region.
The HR Officer will be in close contact with the Area Managers and will be the first point of contact for problem solving cases within the Region. You will visit stores when necessary and be responsible for making commercial decisions that are in line with current employee legislation.
Managing the end to end recruitment process for the Region, in conjunction with the HR Manager will be within your remit. You will ensure recruitment budgets are adhered to, liaising with Agency Preferred Suppliers when needed.
For this role, the ideal candidate must have the flexibility to manage several activities simultaneously and have a very logical approach. You will have the ability to build strong and credible working relationships with Head Office and Retail staff member! s.
Candidates must be available to start mid - end of! October.
