Job Requirements

Role Specific

•Understands and demonstrates fully the principles of ABC, delivering outstanding service to every customer through all channels

•Keep up to date with product knowledge by fully utilising the Selling Academy and other resources available

•Basic knowledge of building fabrication, basic electrical and plumbing principles

•Understands the installation procedures and the role of the fitter

•Conducts themselves in a professional manner when in a customerÂ's home as an ambassador of John Lewis

•Presents themselves well and in business dress when in a customerÂ's home

•Accurately uses Planit computer aided design software to produce kitchen plans and estimates

•Aims to gain an acceptance from every customer
•Uses knowledge of additional service and actively sel! ls from JL.com to enhance customer experience

•Is aware of the competition, trading climate and business performance and uses this to enhance sales

•Understand the appropriate systems and procedures to ensure stock availability and prevention of lossAdd Details

•Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly, courteously and effectively in accordance to Branch Operating Procedures

Commercial awareness

•Actively demonstrate flexibility across the branch when required to achieve business targets

•Take calculated risks to pursue continuous improvement

•Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the direction, goals and targets for the department and branch and your part in achieving these

•Be aware of the competition, trading climate and business performance and use this to drive improvement and enhance sales
