Due to rapid growth my client is seeking one, possibly two Graduate Trainee Sales Execs to join their very successful team based in! London. With cutting edge technology and an excellent leadership team the successful candidate should be able to progress quickly and consequently earnmore and more.
You will start with a Sales Training process which is Solutions led. Followed by a Technical programme covering all aspects of Unified Communications (UC). You will then hit the phones with provided Data, tasked with achieving 1 qualified appointment a day. Once this is achieved you will make a leap into a "self-generating sales" role, moving to senior status if you hit targets!
The role will report into someone who started out on this scheme a few years ago and is now on target to achieve over £100k this year!
This position doesn't require experience but requires someone who is confident, strong ability to present, driven to exceed targets, driven by money and not afraid to make cold calls. This position will suit someone who is resilient as the first year will be a very steep lear! ning curve.
