We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the busy Front Office team. The purpose of the role is to exceed expectations and provide exceptional service for every guest. Basic duties include: Greeting, receiving and welcoming of guests, maintaining accounts and handling enquiries, undertaking cashiering and providing switchboard cover. As a result you should be versatile and committed to providing an unforgettable personalised experience for each and every guest. !

To be successful in your application for the position of Receptionist, you must possess the following:
Essential
Previous experience as a Receptionist
A proven track record and background in 5* and 4* properties
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Down to earth personality
Team player
Excellent personal presentation
Superb attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills and an approachable and friendly manner
The right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable
Previous Opera experience
Receptionist Hours: 40 hours a week (5 days out of 7 including weekends)
