It's a great time to join us as a Sales Assistant in our London office, the Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting the executive on the day to day running of their agency portfolio
• Building and maintaining agency relations
• Setting up campaign and booking airtime
• Monitoring Campaign delivery
• Optimising the airtime efficiently
• Selling airtime to adverting agencies
• Deal analysis and constant awareness of where the portfolio sits in comparison with the deal and the sales floor
• Various administrative duties, such as ensuring all channels are closed to sales prior to transmission
• Strong time-Keeping & time management skills.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:

• Team orientated and tenacious
• Good level of computer literacy, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
• Educated to degree level or relevant work experience
• Numerate with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills and comfortable working with people at all levels in the organisation.
• Well organised with the ability to work under pressure.
• Team player.
