S! upporting the management of the company's Executive reward frameworks, this role will be responsible for providing analytical support to include benchmarking salaries and total reward packages, researching the market and reviewing external remuneration packages and provide support to all reward activities.
To be considered for the role, you will have experience in reward, preferably for a large organisation, strong analytical and numerical skills, advanced level excel, and strong HR Systems knowledge. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to manage and deliver high volumes work within dedicated timeframes.
