A dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial finance company are looking for a superstar office manager to come on board and take charge of their busy medium sized office. This is a fantastic company who are growing quickly, so the! ability to adapt and react to ever changing demands is key. Working under inspirational managers, the role offers a huge amount of responsibility in the company and the opportunity to develop and grow the role. Working within an entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and initiative is valued, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

Ideally educated to degree level, the successful candidate will have a substantial amount of experience as an office manager from a fast paced and demanding environment.

The ideal candidate will be an approachable and unflappable individual who has a proven ability to manage a multitude of tasks as well as maintaining a friendly and calm approach. The successful candidate will have an understanding of a client facing environment and will be able to implement and set up basic IT systems. Experience of processing invoices and expenses is also essential.
