Role Purpose - Direct Debit / Standing Order and Property team (Cashiers)
- Manage Direct Debit & Standing Order agenda for entrusted Capita companies
- Make sure that Commercial property liabilities are paid on time and reflected correctly in company accounts
- Provide back up for similar agenda related to Residential Properties, BACS run processing and banking the cheques.
- Assist with ad hoc queries and requests
- Managing STO / DDs for various Capita legal entities â€" set up, cancelations, amendments â€" invoices from suppliers, SAP attachments
- Maintaining STO / DDR Excel Spreadsheets and KPI reconciliation
- Reconciliation of Prepayment Account and Prepayments releasing
- Property Payments and Invoice processing
- Investigate and answer internal and external queries
- Reconciling and monitoring vendor accounts
- Assist with residential property agenda, banking incoming cheques and BACS runs
- SAP BACS processing
Experience / Skills
- Confident ! MS Excel user
- Understanding of basic Double Entry acc! ounting principles
- Good communicator
