The Role : Client Relationship Representative Role

We are seeking articulate, highly motivated, detail oriented analysts to join us as a Contribution Analyst in the Data Acquisition team. Based in the London office, the successful candidate will form an integral part of the team and work directly with various global financial institutions across Europe in order to coordinate and test the installation of real-time pricing feeds, manage new feed implementations, as well as provide customer support for existing pricing contributions. In addition to the extensive contact with contributing clients, you will also work closely with Sales, Trading Systems, Electronic Trading, Networks, R&D and Data teams to ensure that the pricing is fast, reliable, and accessible across the Bloomberg platform. You will provide internal and external support on existing technologies, as well as help to drive future product development.
Excellent commu! nication skills, the ability to multi-task, strong technical a! ptitude, and a keen interest in the financial markets are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Client management. Building and maintaining client relationships, individually and as part of a global team
• Installing and configuring contributions software; working with IT contacts remotely and onsite; and troubleshooting any technical issues or failures.
• Managing internal/external queries and requests regarding real-time data and feeds within a time-sensitive market
• Providing internal and external technical expertise and support
• Driving and supporting technical and business development

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and one other European language is required (Preferably Italian or German)
• Previous experience in a client-facing or project management role a plus
• Excellent communication, customer service and account management skills
• Technical interest a! nd aptitude
• Financial experience or education a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
