General Purpose: Contact and! qualify businesses and individuals by telephone to promote our ITIL consultancy
services. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities- Contact businesses and qualify individuals: obtain customer information including names, addresses, email and telephone numbers- Contact key individuals by telephone to promote products, services for ITIL /
ITSM consulting services- Explain at a high level our partner products and services with the objective of assessing opportunities to either arrange a meeting for a senior executive or schedule regular contact- Record customer details including reaction
to the service offeredEducation and Experience. The ideal candidate would have: - Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing is preferrable- A broad knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) is appreciatedKey
