Our client is a leading provider of BPO services to global corporations. Whilst they operate across multiple industry sectors, Retail banking is a significant area for them. Their UK business is still an early-stage organisation and! the appointment of a VP to drive business development in their key vertical is clearly a hugely important hire for them.
Leading from the front, the VP Retail Banking will help determine overall strategy for the sector and play a lead part in developing service propositions. Whist there will also be an overseeing of delivery, the key success criteria of the role will be the achievement of new business wins.
You will have spent a number of years in either the BPO or consulting sector. Your experience and achievements in winning new business and new logos will be second to none in this market. At the same time, you will relish and be comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic environment where there is still the opportunity to shape how the business needs to be to operate at full potential.
